1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Shadab website and mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our Platform.
Shadab reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. Placing Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our Platform are subject to acceptance by Shadab.
- Availability: All items listed on the menu are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments: We accept various forms of electronic payment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, but due to the perishable nature of our food:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted and processed by the kitchen.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of significant order errors (e.g., completely wrong item delivered) or verified quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Shadab management team.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to:
- Violate any local, state, or national laws.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Shadab or others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or diminishes the quality of our Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shadab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shadab, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or its services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
