At Shadab, we take immense pride in ensuring that our legendary dishes reach you in the same perfect condition they leave our kitchen. This policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our food and gifts to your location.

2. Delivery Areas & Operating Hours

We currently provide delivery services across major parts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

  • Coverage: Delivery is available within a specified radius of our restaurant branches. Please enter your location on our app or website to confirm serviceability.
  • Operating Hours: Our standard delivery service operates from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week.
  • Special Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 45 to 60 minutes from the time of order confirmation.
  • Peak Hours: During lunch (1:00 PM - 3:30 PM) and dinner (8:00 PM - 10:30 PM), delivery may take 60 to 90 minutes due to high demand and traffic.
  • Pre-orders: For bulk orders or catering, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Delivery Charges

Our delivery fees are designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Charges are calculated based on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address.
  • Free delivery may be applicable for orders exceeding a certain minimum value (e.g., ₹999), as specified in current promotions.
  • Taxes and packaging charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned in your final bill at the checkout.

5. Packaging & Food Safety

We use premium, food-grade packaging designed to keep your food hot, fresh, and spill-proof.

  • All items are sealed to ensure they remain untouched from our kitchen to your table.
  • We maintain strict hygiene protocols and regular health checks for all our delivery personnel.

6. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order's journey:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification. You can track your delivery partner's real-time location via the "My Orders" section in our app or website.

7. Unexpected Delays & Failed Deliveries

While we aim for 100% punctuality, sometimes delays occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, accidents).

  • Failed Attempts: Our delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at your doorstep. If you are unreachable, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued for fresh food items.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
